About Team Honda of Acadiana

The TEAM Automotive Group is announcing the addition of its 4th dealership to its Group - and its first West of the Atchafalaya Basin - TEAM Honda of Acadiana, opening in the summer of 2019.

"We couldn't be happier for the opportunity for TEAM Honda to expand over into the Acadiana region," said TEAM General Manager Preston Q-Petersen. The new Team Honda of Acadiana is set to break ground by the end of 2018 on over 7 acres of property just east of I-49 and north of the Harry Guilbeau Road Exit, with construction set to be completed by the end of summer in 2019.

"We've known about the growth potential of the entire Acadiana area," said Petersen. "So when it came time for a site selection for a new store, we wanted to be convenient for customers not only in Lafayette but in the entire Acadiana area. This location is easily accessible by a short drive from a 6-parish region throughout Acadiana."
