My first visit was already my best. my 03 accord had issues with the back light on the radio/climate controls. even though the car was just out of warranty, they only charged me for the parts and fixed the radio on the house! i really appreciated it and will be a returning customer for work in the future.

After the rear end of our 2010 Odyssey was found by the front end of someone else's car - Team's service and collision folks did a great job of making it as convenient as possible to have the car repaired. The work was done really well, you'd never know there was a repair. Thanks for making it like new again!

After doing lots of research for my car (2012 Civic), Team Honda was the perfect place for me. Everybody there has such excellent customer service skills. They were extremely helpful and professional. Being a first time car buyer, they definitely made my experience....Beautiful!!! Visiting the Team Honda car lot was a very fulfilling experiece for me. After seeing the Honda Fit during Race For The Ride, I just had to come back and get one. The salemen were all very helpful with explaining the features and making sure that it was the car for me. Overall Team Honda is one of the best, and I cannot wait until the next race!

Although I've had problems with Team Honda in the past, my most recent visit was extremely satisfactory. I had to get a number of maintenance issues worked on with my 2-year old Civic. I was greeted quickly, and was informed of everything that will be done and diagnosed, along with an accurate wait time. Three hours later, I called to check-in and see if the car was ready, and everything was done! I was even surprised when they diagnosed a certain problem, and fixed it without having to handle a single thing since it was still under warranty! No ordering parts, no return trips--I didn't have to deal with it at all. When I returned to collect the car, everything was fully explained to me and also paid a competitive price, since I had discounts. They always have great discounts on their website--and I used a promotion to get $10 off of my service by checking into Facebook Places. All in all, this visit to the service department was great! I will definitely go back to Team Honda in the future.

my experience with online shopping was awesome. I feel like they payed really close attention to detail, and made things easier for me. When it was time to actually go on the lot I had a list of questions in hand. The salesman did his best to answer every one for me. On one question he wasn't to sure, but went out of his way 2 find someone who could answer it for me. I am a proud owner of a new Honda Accord! Thanks Team Honda!

Last week was my first time looking for a car. I came to the dealership a nervous wreck, but I was quickly reassured that we could take things one step at a time. I was showed a variety of cars that the salesman picked out according to my needs and preference. This was a big help! The part that amazed me was that I was allowed to see the in's and out's of each vehicle. I set my eyes on the Honda FIT, and I will return back to Team Honda shortly to drive off in my first new car!!! I would give the overall experience a 10!

No stress car buying really does exist! I got the best deal at Team Honda. I didn't even need to shop around because they gave me the best figure from the start. I love my new Pilot. I am a mom of 3 and my salesman Brandon made the process easy since it was the first new car I purchased on my own. I now have it serviced there and they always get my vehicle in and out in no time. We really wanted to give the other guys a chance --- including other Honda Dealers and other makes of cars --- but Dan and Jeff were the most up front and easiest to deal with n our quest. We Love our New Honda from Team Honda on Siegen Lane We have bought both our daughters a Honda from Team Honda and get great service. Matt Hill was a great salesperson. He made the sale with out pressure and waited for my husband to get there before the sale. We looked at 4 or 5 different cars before I agreed on this one. I looked on line and compared it to a Camry and Taurs. The Honda Accord was the only choicce. The Color was the Biggest Choice. My daughter has a solid black 07 w/ black interior. So, the deal was made for the grey one. JB Brown also helped to make sure the car was cleaned in a timely manner. Harry explained the warrenty to my Husband and he kept the note whee it needed to be. Thanks again for all the help and making my car purchase one I can enjoy, quick and painless!

The Reason I Chose Team Honda My experience at Team Honda was exceptional. I had several members help me out and they made this a stess fee experience. I felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in the doors and I knew I was in the right place. I will be coming back for future purchases!! Thanks guys for all your help: Matt, Jeff, Cathy, and JB! I love my new Accord! The reason I chose Team Honda over Richards Honda was because of a past purchase from Richards. They were horrible and I will never Ever buy a car from them even if they have the "Best Price". This will continue until the day I die. I also tell everyone I know about my experiences I havd with Richards Honda, and encourage them to choose Team Honda, so they can get it right the first time and learn frommy mistake! Way to go Team!!
